OpenJaw Technologies, the leading provider of XML technology to the travel industry, today announced the establishment of a Spanish subsidiary, OpenJaw Technologies Iberica, to serve its expanding business in the Spanish, Portuguese and South American Markets. Newly appointed Regional Manager, Ricardo Navarro Ales, will head the new company, which will have offices in Madrid.

Announcing the launch, John Mc Quillan, OpenJaw's CEO said: "Ricardo is a great addition to OpenJaw. His abilities and background will enable him to provide a wide range of services to our customers in these markets and this should result in even greater sales for OpenJaw". Regional Manager Ricardo Navarro Ales continued: "Spain is the second largest tourist destination in the world, and home to many of its largest travel companies. About Ricardo Navarro Ales:
Ricardo has over 6 years of experience in the software industry, primarily in Project Management and Product Development areas. Before joining OpenJaw, Ricardo was Project Manager at Adquira, managing the implementation of corporate solutions for supply chain management in companies like Telefonica, BBVA Bank and Iberia Airlines. Previously, Ricardo worked with Datalex, where he played key roles in delivering several international eCommerce projects for the travel industry. Ricardo holds a Degree in Engineering from ICAI and an MBA from EOI (Madrid).
