OpenJaw to speak at IATA Aviation Data Symposium 2018 on ‘Big Data and the Rise of Customer Centricity in Airlines’ and deliver workshop on ‘Artificial Intelligence in Airline Customer Service’

DUBLIN, Ireland — June 13, 2018: The IATA Aviation Data Symposium is the forum for airlines to learn how to take full advantage of the power of big data across the entire airline value chain. The Aviation Data Symposium takes place on the 19-20 June at the InterContinental Hotel, Berlin, German, with a special workshop on AI and Machine Learning on Thursday June 21. IATA ADS 2018 will have over 500 aviation industry and data professionals from across the globe to debate how the industry can leverage its vast wealth of data. The 1 day add-on lab that follows the IATA Aviation Data Symposium will provide an overview of AI use cases in aviation as well customers and vendors sharing their experiences implementing AI solutions.

One of the biggest challenges facing airlines is how to manage the stream of data that they have, and how to transform their business to become truly data driven.
