Mark McDonald is the Regional Director, Asia Pacific for OpenJaw Technologies based in Hong Kong. Mark recently joined OpenJaw after being with Cathay Pacific Airways for more than six years as a Lead Architect in the Sales & Distribution business area and then Digital Platform Manager in the Digital Retail Business Department.

Mark’s career spans over 18 years in IT transformation across Europe and the Asia Pacific in retail finance, retail telco, high tech and now established leading airlines. Specialist areas include Travel Retail and eCommerce, Distribution, Ancillary Revenue and related IT strategy.
Mark has progressive perspectives on airline distribution, and is active in supporting industry transformation through NDC and ONE Order and represents OpenJaw at the IATA PDMG Advisory Forum.
