2011 Fall CASMA Conference

John McQuillan will present the findings of the PhoCusWright whitepaper, “The Airline as a Retailer”, from 3.45 PM – 4.30 PM on Tuesday, 11 October. Commissioned by OpenJaw Technologies, the whitepaper details the latest PhoCusWright research on how global airlines are fighting to regain their share of the online packaging and hotel merchant market. On Wednesday, 12 October, 2011 from 1.35 PM – 3.05 PM Declan McGuinness will present to senior airline executives on the topic “Merchandising – A Global View”.
