Marketing Communications

• Help develop and execute an annual Marketing Plan, firmly based on company objectives, in conjunction with Marketing Director.
• Assist Marketing Director in delivering off-line Marketing Communications deliverables when required, for example: event management and collateral creation.

Digital Marketing

• Own the OpenJaw website (based on the WordPress platform), its content and assets. Set performance objectives and goals; plan and execute programs (including CPC, SEO) for increased website effectiveness (e.g. usability, engagement, traffic acquisition and conversion); regularly monitor and report on success.
• Segment contact database. Take the lead in executing relevant digital marketing campaigns to Market segments. Report on effectiveness.

• Develop and execute webinar-based lead-generation campaigns, delivered in-house and/or in association with third party providers.

• Working with the Managed Services Business Unit, assist our customers in developing their own successful B2C digital marketing strategies.
• Keep on top of latest online/e-commerce trends. Drive new ideas and evangelize online innovation in the organization. Help inspire our customers to adopt best online practice.

The Role

The role of the Project Manager is to be involved in the entire development cycle, from customer requirements to delivery of projects within an Agile framework.
