By using OpenJaw’s online selling platform, Amargo.ru offers its customers unrivalled flexibility and choice in meeting their travel needs. Amargo.ru’s customers can now book a range of travel options including flights and hotels or they can create personalised holiday packages online by combining flights with accommodation using OpenJaw’s Dynamic Packaging technology. Amargo.ru’s customers also receive automatic flight reminders via SMS in advance of travel. In addition, the new selling platform enables quick online purchase of travel ancillaries such as insurance and visas.
Amargo.ru’s vision is to provide the best travel offers online to meet the growing demand for travel in both Russia and China. To support Amargo.ru’s vision in selling effectively into these growth markets, OpenJaw delivered the website in three different languages each with its own character set: Russian (Cyrillic), Chinese (Simplified) and English.
