On Monday, 28th November from 16.05 – 16.45, Mark will help weigh the benefits of short term revenues over true customer engagement during the session entitled “Is customer loyalty more important than ancillary revenue?” Along with other industry experts, Mark will address such questions as: Should loyal customers be exempt from all a-la-carte fees? Can you have both loyalty and a large, profitable ancillary revenue scheme? Is the Ryanair approach of not having a loyalty scheme the one that delivers true, sustainable profitability?
